StructuredFreedom.org provides business formation, global residency, and international banking services including:

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due in full prior to service commencement. All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Essential Business Package: $2,997 USD
• Global Residency Package: $8,997 USD
• Custom Premium Package: Pricing varies based on requirements

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary professional advice
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters. Client data is protected according to industry standards and applicable privacy laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

IFC Integrated Fortress Compliance LLC and StructuredFreedom.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IFC Integrated Fortress Compliance LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where IFC Integrated Fortress Compliance LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
